1. Has your image of Jesus changed during the project? How or Why not?
Yes, because of the different time periods which jesus is portrayed in.
2. What do you feel is the best way to portray an image of Jesus and why?
Portray Jesus as you would see him in the 21st Century. You would do this so it can relate to young people as they are learning about Jesus.
3. What have you enjoyed about the project so far and what would you do differently?
I have enjoyed changing the pictures to the time periods. I would change having to write the words for each pictures.
1) What form of medium (music, art or literature ) allows you to best connect with Jesus and Why?
Art, because it is easy to understand what Jesus is doing in each art.
2) Why has Jesus been portrayed in so many different ways throughout history?
Because different religions see Jesus differently and people also see Jesus as a person from their era.
3) How is Jesus portrayed at Parramatta Marist?
Jesus is portrayed as a person who loves and cares for others and helps those who need help.
4) What artistic time period do you think best represents your image of Jesus and why?
Contemporary, because it is how i see Jesus in 2008.
5) Identify one image of Jesus that appeals to you. What do you like about the representation?
This image appeals to me because it show what jesus might look like it also gives me an understanding of how jesus shows love and compassion for other people.
6) What factors currently shape your image of Jesus and why.
Love, compassion, friendship, help, kindness.

Jesus on the cross, a man with a beard, white cloak, long brown hair.
2) Why might it be important for young people to identify with an image of Jesus?
To understand who jesus is and what he looks like.

People will be left out and feel lonely.

The cool students who have more friends.

Because they are their friends and don’t want to be with a nerd.

The uncool people like dorks, and nerds. But they are the ones that can help you pass.
